仅参会学者注册费用包含内容，除论文和光盘版论文集外，其他与投稿作者相同。

- 投稿作者的注册费用与参会与否无关。

- 申请签证费用
- 每篇注册文章仅邀请一位作者免费参加会议，如果有不止一位作者参会，请提前告知组委会。该参会人员需要另外缴纳参会费。
- 选择临时撤稿的作者，请发送邮件告知组委会：secretary@iceeep.org投稿作者申请撤稿或者仅参会的学者不能出席会议（而又无法将其参与的活动转至他人名下），退款规则如下：
会前50天：扣除文章处理费后，余下全额退款
会前50-15天内：50%的退款
2020年11月3日之后：无退款 - 以上所有内容解释权归组委会所有。
酒店与住宿:为防止极端情况下活动延期或取消，建议“异地客户”与客服确认参会信息后，再安排出行与住宿。
退款规则:活动各项资源需提前采购，购票后不支持退款，可以换人参加。
